Snake Diet, my story and questions.

So I’ve been on Snake Juice for my first 72 hours. Read the rest for context before getting to my partially ridiculous question please.

I’ve been IF for 2 months and on a very low cal no carb diet during the entire duration. Also running 5 days a week and home workouts 5 days a week.

2 months ago I was 195 lbs. I keto’d and IF’d my way to 182 lbs. I dry fasted for 4 days 2 weeks ago and dropped from 182 to 170. Cycled out of keto for 5 days (ate healthy and low cal) Gained back some lbs after the dry fast. Now Snake Juice for 3 days and today I’m 178 lbs.

I am trying so hard to get to 160 lbs. I’ve dry fasted, stopped eating, on Snake Juice, working out, running. Literally everything, and I can’t for the life of me speed things up. I’m getting impatient.

I look thinner, but my weight isn’t dropping as fast as I want it to. (Working out/running is probably increasing muscle explaining why the weight hasn’t decreased) but still.

I am thinking of doing 3 weeks of a 4 day dry fast with a 3 day eating window at a calorie and carb deficit with Snake Juice. What do you think of that idea?

Any advice for helping me hit 160 lbs or do I really just gotta be more patient?

If it works for you then do it, a 3 day eating window is pretty long though, you might have more success doing OMAD for those 3 days and keeping the eating window under an hour on each day.

If you found you were eating too much after that last 4 day fast, maybe it’s better to stick with something you can do more sustainably. You can try alternate day fasts and then the amount of fasting days would add up to about the same amount as the 4 day a week fasts. Or mix in 48 or 72 hour fasts every once in awhile as a bonus.

If you’re having so much mental anguish about 160 more than just being healthy/strong then consider not doing any exercises except standing until you hit 160. I understand it’s not the most healthy, but if it helps you get past this mental barrier then it could be worth it. Then after that if you stick with your diet and you will know that any additional weight after 160 will be muscle.

Sounds like you’re already on the right path and making progress, keep working on it and trying things that work for you. 195 to 178 in 2 months is still impressive. I don’t know how true it is but I heard losing the last bit of weight takes the longest so just be more patient.
