Snake diet to get from 13-14% bodyfat to 10%

I recently lost a lot of weight through CICO and am at 13-14% bodyfat. I am finding it really difficult to lose the last 10 pounds, which I believe would get me to 10% bodyfat. The reason for this is that I am able to diet effectively for a few days, but then end up bingeing which causes me to undo all the progress. I am addicted to carby foods, which is the reason I cannot sustain any long term calorie restriction? I need to change my relationship with food, and am considering OMAD or snake diet. I am concerned that I might regress to daily bingeing with OMAD.

Is the snake diet recommended for those who are already lean, and are looking to get leaner while maintaining muscle?

Answer

Fasting is one of the best ways to lose fat while maintaining muscle. Just be careful with your fast lengths when you start getting down towards that 10% and listen to your body and break fasts when it starts telling you to. You could probably do a 48 hr fast per week and get down there in a few weeks.

Answer

Yes, snake diet works for people to get down to sub 10% BF - cole has many videos explaning this process.

The benefit of snake diet is you get over your food addictions quickly. Get a 48h-72h fast under your belt and then tweak from there.

If you still have issues bingeing maybe try supplementing foods that feel carby without the carbs. Chicharrones give the chip like crunch but have zero carbs.
