Snake Juice Recipes/Ratios for flavor and health?

Hi! I’m a long time lurker over at r/fasting and finally made the decision to make my own snake juice :D

Anyone have a good procedure for establishing a personal recipe? I understand molarity well and could probably use a refreshing study session. But I could also skip a lot of work and get help from ya’ll? Just drop some good-enough (healthy for sure, but taste ideas too) ratios of the salts please. (I have NaCl, KCl, magnesium citrate capsules, NaHCO3. No stress if you don’t know the substances by these names, just drop your recipes for snakejuice please! :)

Answer

I’ve tried a few different combinations and amounts, but after a few years, I ended up sticking to 1.5 tsp of Himalayan pink salt, 1 tsp of potassium bicarbonate rather than the chloride (largely flavorless and I don’t get the runs like I do with chloride), a scoop of Magnesium glycinate (700mg providing 210mg of magnesium), and 1/4 tsp of baking powder in 2l of spring water
