Answer

The problem with potassium tablets bought from shops and online is they only usually contain 99mg of potassium. That isn’t enough. Cole suggests you get potassium chloride salts and mix in water and take through the day. He once told a story of taking the salts and putting them in a capsule and it caused him an ulcer so doesn’t recommend taking all at once. Check out the exact snake diet recipe which is salt , potassium and water.

Answer

Don’t go potassium tablets. They screw up your stomach as they are potassium citrate NOT potassium chloride. You need potassium chloride, salt and bicarb. That’s the SJ recipe. And you play around with it until you find what works for you. I suggest you watch at least 10 hours of Cole’s videos so you know what you’re getting yourself into.
