Snake water alternatives

Snake water is disgusting but without it, fasting for beyond a day gives me these terrible headaches. Is there a way that I could fast longer without having to drink it or do something like omad. Any bottled water brands, supplements, drops? Thanks in advance

Answer

I drink snake juice even when I’m not fasting, it’s literally sugarless electrolytes. It’s really not that bad. Even when I first drank it, it was bearable but now it’s just easy to drink. This is for you at the end of the day so do what you want but you weren’t promised a rose garden.

Answer

I bought the snake juice packets on Amazon and sometimes what I will do is put the whole pack in a cup of water and just down it real quick, and then take another cup of water afterwards. Then I continue to just drink regular water for the rest of the day. Yes it is nasty but this way I don’t have to sip the snake juice all day lol. Only once. But I think once your body starts craving more salts it does get slightly better.

Answer

I use liquid water flavoring drops. It doesn’t impact my blood sugar in any way and it doesn’t seem to impede my ketosis either.

As a side note I omit the baking soda. Mixing those liquid drops with a baking soda mixture will highly carbonate your snake juice and I have found that to be incredibly vile.
