Holidays are overrated and everyone’s depressed and enabling each other to drink and eat more. Avoid the parties, however if you go save all your calories for that night and hit the veggie tray hard. Otherwise plan your fasting around the parties. Stay lonely, it’s the only way.
I would imagine after you gained 10 pounds, at your height, it was pretty obvious (clothes not fitting etc.)
Buy only clothes that fit when you get down to your ideal weight…then, if they ever start not to fit immediately start a prolonged fast…
