so I had a cheat day

I basically just ate whatever however I didn’t check calories or anything and I feel like shit now I had been doing so well previously I now feel like all my efforts have been wasted FML Who else been here Any help?

Yea man. Was there this past week. Fast Tuesday then ate a late night snack. F;ed up that 24 hours of fasting. Thern I went no food Wednesday - Thursday. I couldn’t sleep Thursday and had to eat. FML too.

I just had a cheat weekend. Feel like dog shit. Chips & queso, tacos, fried chicken tenders, fried chicken sub, burgers, French fries, giant chipotle bowls. Not to mention all the booze. Typing all of it out really makes me seem like a fat ass but my plan was to feast after I lifted heavy the past few days, and now I’ll be fasting Sunday night to Thursday……feel awful right now tho
