This is why I want to extend my 72 hours to 96.
I’ve had no issues other than mild nighttime headaches as I figure out my electrolytes.
I’m more focused and present than ever and I’ve even been working out each day. Definitely a diminished push though for obvious reasons. I’ve been pretty much zero carb for six weeks so I think this has helped.
Now I just have to figure out how to work this into my life overall bc I really don’t have much more to lose but I’d like to continue to experience these benefits monthly or so.

I am on day 4 and it is miserable for me, maybe I need more electrolytes. Day 3 was nice surprisingly. Hope to make it to day 5 (tomorrow! woo!), that seems to be when things clear up. Trying to go 7 days.
I’m on day 4 as well. I feel like a weirdo bc I honestly never feel that bad (maybe it’s the extra surplus of adipose lol)
Insomnia always gets me though. At least I still feel energized. I just wish I could go into oblivion to knock out 8 or 9 hours of fasting instead of only 4 or 5.
