Honestly, that’s a lot of weight still in 1 month. Remember, it’s still not a magic trick, this is science and biology and it takes time. I lost 15 pounds in the first month, and was very happy and pleased. I eat 2 days a week only, losing about half a pound to 1 pound per week (I eat whatever I want on my feeding days). The key is consistency. It’s been 1 month. Continue doing this for 6 months, 12 months, etc. Slow and steady wins the race. If you are consistently losing weight and keeping it off, then you’re winning. Everyone wants a quick fix and to drop 100 pounds in 1 month or something crazy like that. Maybe if you’re super obese at 400 pounds, maybe, but not at your weight. You’re not even super overweight, depending on your height… Takes time… Be patient…

Answer

water weight/glycogen depletion for a nice confidence boose of 10lbs down in a week.

If you keep your water weight/glycogen stores empty, the weight loss is now actual bodyfat/recycled proteins and you’ll be lucky to go through half a pound a day, if you consume nothing at all. Everytime you eat, you are refilling your glycogen stores and some water weight which will need to be depleted again to access the fat supply.
