they are nothing special and super cheap you should be able to get them in any pharmacy in the world, especially if you live in a country where you have internet connection to be able to go on reddit 👍
There should be lots of sources online, including Amazon and other health stores. Your local health store should have something. Also keep in mind they might be using just different names or chemical names for simple salts, so just double check and try to make sure they are food grade. I just use salt, potassium chloride and baking soda. 3 ingredients. Works great. Drinking between 1-2 L per day.
