Rn I wanna be rolling 48's
Doesn't stress me too much and after my first time I believe it fits me well
So my question is this
Do I get go eat like a large meal at end? Or do I just let's say eat moderately
My previous 48hours ended today morning
I ate what I'd consider about 2000 calories
Is this too much?
And should I watch what I eat or just eat anything

I roll 48’s (2) with a 72 every week. I typically eat 1 good keto meal for refeed, but this week I’m mixing it up with spam and pickles for refeed. I use the scale as my cue for everything, so I’ll change my approach at the end of the week if it’s not getting me the results I want.
