I just started a modified version of ADF (fast 24 hours, eat-smaller portions- 24 hours) and im going to try to start true ADF on Monday. On my fasting days I am SO tired. I feel sluggish and just don’t ha e much energy. Does anyone have any ideas or recommendation to help with this? I think I am mentally and physically ready for the 36 hour fast I just dont know about it with these current energy levels.
How much weight do you have to lose? ADF isn’t eating for 24 hours. It’s eating for like 6-8 hours and going back to fasting. I’m not sure if that’s what you’re doing but I think ADF is 36ish hours of fasting, having your eating window, and then back to 36. You should be eating full calories during your eating window and not spread out. Try doing regular ADF and see if that works better for you.
I have been fasting for 24 hrs instead of the 36. This is my second week and I wanted to ease in to it. Now that I see how well I can handle getting though hunger pangs because they go away within a few minutes, I am sure I can handle 36+ hours. I also read something about needing electrolytes so I will look on Amazon. Do you use it every day or just on fasting days?Also, I have about 150lbs to loose.
