what do you consider “normal”?

normal is whatever you choose for it to be.

for me i use an app to lose weight that I will continue to use to maintain my weight. I will still fast (because it’s healthy ), weigh/log my food , eat healthy most of the time etc.

if normal is what got me fat and unhealthy in the first place , why would I go back to eating that way?

I’m planning on sticking with 3 healthy meals a day in an 8-10 hour window. I’ve tried it and I maintain there.

If like to be able to eat 3 meals a day for the rest of my life. 🤷‍♀️

I don’t know how long I’ll have to keep it keto. My blood sugar does really well on strict keto, but still doesn’t respond well to carbs. Maybe another year of keto and I’ll drop pre-diabetes. Who knows?

If like to at least be paleo and eat sweet potatoes again.
