I’ll be breaking my fast in 24 hours. Anyone have any experience in cardio-type activity like soccer or basketball at this stage?
Are you breaking your fast before or after soccer? If you’re in ketosis, you should feel energetic and up for some soccer, although your stamina might not be as good. If you break your fast before hand, eat keto! When your body drops out of ketosis there’s some sluggishness as it transitions back; for me, I usually want 8 solid hours of sleep to get through it. So avoid that if your game is afterward.

Played a game on day 3 of a fast. I was decent enough but definitely not my best performance. If you are just playing for fun, then just keep an eye on your electrolytes. If playing very competitively, you might want to be conservative on your sprints. That was my experience, who knows for you. Have fun on the pitch.
