Cocoa (pure natural powder) is 25% fiber. I started taking 1-2 tbsp in hot water, just for vitamins. Now I feel it also protects against cravings. It is also extremely affordable.

Lately I have fallen in love with paprika powder on most dishes 😋 I think it is very high in fiber.
