Carbs are not the devil. I buy really grainy whole wheat bread because I truly love it and eat plenty of it and I’m healthy weight, bloodwork great, work out all the time. My ex used to call it my twigs and berries bread but I just really prefer the texture and flavor of really grainy bread.

And of course there is bread and then there is Bread.
Wonderful whole grain breads made without preservatives can be part of an excellent diet.

The only reason I don’t eat bread every day is because I can’t trust myself. If https://www.daveskillerbread.com/sprouted-whole-grains-thin-sliced is in the house I’m having bread & butter with every meal.
There is nothing wrong with carbs, particularly if they are complex. It’s so easy to overeat them though, it’s incredibly important to stick to portion sizes and/or measure them. If you are able to meet your nutritional goals with lots of bread then eat lots of bread :)
