You may not be hungry, but did you eat a good amount of calories? Is your food rich in proteins and fat? It might help to check kcal and macros. I’m taking electrolytes with drinks during fasting window, and they keep me going. During the eating window, I prioritise protein, fat, and then complex carbs. I supplement with ‘one-a-day’, D3, calcium, Omega 3. I drink protein shakes and recently added psyllium husk. I do as much as I’m able to to have the best diet I can get.
