I have been doing the spam and pickles diet for a month now. I know that’s not very long and it’s not uncommon to hit a weight loss plateau, but I just need a sanity check.
I started right off the bat with rolling 72s, drinking snake juice when fasting, and breaking my fast with a single meal of spam and pickles. (1/3rd can of spam, salt, mayonnaise on top, and 2-3 whole dill pickles).
I dropped 16 pounds in the first 10 days. But I haven’t lost any weight since. I’m going on 3 weeks sitting at the same weight. (Started at 315, now sitting at 298).
Is this normal? Do I need to make an adjustment? Or should I just keep doing 72s with a single re-feed and eventually my body will calibrate and start losing weight again?
Change something up. You need to shock the body and it will respond. Eat something different or fast less for a few days or weeks. It’s just like a muscle you need to change the exercise in order to make it grow.
