Spam replacement

Hey guys,

interested in the spam and pickles diet and ill be messing with it over the next few weeks but i have one issue, processed meat gives me major gout flareups, i had it when i tried the bacon/cucumber diet i was out within a week or 2. Im surprised this isn’t a common issue with coles fat ass audience that he hasnt touched on it yet.

Just looking for suggestions on what i could use to replace spam, only things on my mind are avocado/some nuts maybe but if i have nuts in my house i just cant stop eating the damn things.

I’m of the opinion that it has to be meat. If I’m going to eat low protein, I had better be getting all of the essential amino acids, which only meat has.

You can eat any meat really (assuming you’re targeting 400 cal meals, usually 3oz of any normal meat (not bullshit like skinless chicken breast or tilapia, those you will want less)), ramp up the fat with your method of choice (mine is single serving packets of nut butter), and then just drink extra snake juice.

I cannot stand the smell of spam, I tried. I do prefer processed meats – slim Jim’s, little smokies, pepperoni, summer sausage, etc. Because these have tons of sodium and are close to being on-ratio. Also good for the road warrior life. But these might trigger your gout.

As to the gout stuff, I’ve been taking a product called Life Tones, designed to neutralized Uric Acid which causes Gout. In the few months I’ve been taking it, all of the minor aches and pains have disappeared completely. I used to go from one to the other, non stop. Now absolutely zero. Still waiting for a random pain to surface so I can see if it directly fixes it.
