What are you eating?
IF doesn’t magically make you lose weight, you need to consume less calories than you spend. Not saying you should count calories (you shouldn’t), but if you are eating cheeseburgers and ice cream during your feeding window you won’t really lose much weight.
You working out? If not, try sweating everyday for a week. Your body needs a kickstart so find something new. Maybe eat your meals at a different time of day, change the type of food. Don’t be afraid of sugar for this either, consider throwing in a bowl of ice cream with a smaller meal to give your body a kick start.
