I stopped caring about his research after his last study proclaiming that high protein was problematic before age 60 , but beneficial after. OMG MTor! Not mentioning that weight training alone stimulates MTor, without protein. That alone should suggest that anything changing MTOR is pulsatile and that virtually no one has chronically elevated MTor.
