Start water fasting tomorrow...nervous.

Hey all! I’m starting a water fast tomorrow (I did intermittent for a week, two meals a day but I was unhappy with it) and honestly I’m nervous. My main worries are weight regain and tiredness/weakness, so I would really love to hear from you guys about your experience as a sort of comfort. But I also have a couple questions; How long do you /think/ it would take for me to get to my goal weight through water fasting or intermittent (refeed will be intermittent and I will control what I consume and how much), how much should I expect to regain with my current diet, and how long did it take you? 18, 170lbs, 5’7, FtM (pre T, F body), goal is 130lbs or maybe 125lbs (please tell me if that’s a harmful weight goal for my height). Also! This is my first water fast, so any tips or headsup is very appreciated.

How long are you planning on fasting for? Why did you struggle with IF and why are you giving up after a week to do something more difficult? Look up your goal weight in a BMI calculator. Also, make sure it’s okay to be fasting while on T.
