I’m limiting myself to 350 calories at lunch and then eating about 800 calories for dinner. I’m riding my bike each night for 30 minutes. My stomach feels like it holds way less already. Like, I get full so quickly. I can’t eat more than two slices of pizza without feeling like I’m bursting.
