Started a weekend fast to end a weight loss plateau

Hey everyone! I’ve started a weekend (48 hour) fast today to try to end a weight loss plateau. I’ve been doing keto since January 1st and this week is the first week I haven’t lost more than a 1/2 pound. I’m not complaining at all–this diet is working for me and I couldn’t be happier. I’m still losing, but hoping for a jumpstart. I’ll need support since this will be my first fast longer than 24 hours. I’m sticking to only black coffee and water. I have horrible willpower and I’m worried I won’t make it. Hoping posting here will help me hold myself accountable. Wish me luck!

Good luck! I’m fasting this weekend too (and maybe a little longer depending on how I feel). I find that sometimes drinking tea or just hot water itself helps. Remember that the hunger comes in waves, just ride it out. And I totally second joining the xxfasting group in the LIFE app!
