I’m in hour 48 of a 72 hour fast. I did a 60 hour fast last week.
Will be doing 72 hour fasts Sunday through Wednesday over the next month.
Good luck. It’s all mental. I did a 21-day water fast two years ago and still do IF, OMAD, or alternate day throughout the week.
