SW 298 CW 275 GW 260(i’ll need to slide that down soon). I made a post here and found the Fastic app with some recommendations. I started with 20:4 but it mostly came down to OMAD just for convenience. I had a lot of bad food plenty though, so I wonder where I could be if I had a healthy diet from Day 1. I also slid my weight back up so many times. I’m happy and proud of myself for going this far, though.
Currently I last ate wednesday, a meal with 3 chicken legs and some other healthy stuff. Then I had the crazy idea to fast through thursday and friday and break it on saturday when I’m going to a birthday party.
I had dreams last night about eating chocolate chip cookies by an abandoned railroad track. That was weird. I also debated making a ham sandwich, but I don’t know if that was in the dream or real life.
I’m gonna stick it through today but I don’t know that I’ll be able to do a multiple day fast again, this suuuucks. I’m so bored without eating.
Nice work on the longer fast. I think it is great that your challenging yourself and id say keep at it. It is great to balance the hard with the easier. You also identified how food is a huge issue because you use it to fill boredom. Solving this could be a huge key to your long term victory to reach your health goals. Have a great weekend!
