Hi , I am 23 M ,Weight 89kg , Height -170cm . I started 18:6 IF since last month along with gym for 6 days a week. I don’t do calisthenics , just weights . What should be my realistic expectations ? Anything I should be doing to optimize the weight loss ?
I’m certainly not an expert, but keeping hydrated with water helps a lot. I found the first few days difficult, then it got easier. For me the weight melted off and then the rate of loss started to slow. I’m SOOOO close to my step one goal. Keeping busy helps, I seem to be less strict during the time off with holidays. But I maintained the last few weeks and am ready to get back at it next week.
