I have eaten quite unhealthily for a while now and Saturday week back I realized I couldn’t fit into nearly any of my clothes. Sunday I started OMAD (only just discovered that abbreviation) with no research, I also kicked my 3 cans of Pepsi Max a day habit so I could sleep better. I have twice had a snack within 3 hours of my OMAD making it 4/20, when I felt very tired.
Lost a few kilos quickly and so far the mental fog I’ve had for ages has greatly lifted (yay), which I’m not sure if due to OMAD, reduced caffeine, weight loss, or virtually no sugar. During my fasting I have green tea (I hope that is okay) or tap water and my OMAD is pretty sizeable as I’m stuffed afterwards, with meat, cheese and varieties of salads.
Yesterday driving home from work I felt my heart do something I don’t know what, kinda felt like a lump slowly went through it, like I felt it one one side and go through to the other and it has me a bit concerned. Is that something related to OMAD or am I just being paranoid and it’s unrelated?
First off, congratulations on your progress.
However, heart spasms are an issue to ask a doctor about. Not a bunch of random people on the internet.
Also, your fasting schedule would be 20:4. Not 4:20.
