I can jump in for a couple of these, but IANAD, so grain of electrolyte salts here.
It will be hard to take in a huge amount of water while fasting, in my experience, but try to maintain what you’ve got going..
As a general rule, you are less likely to face muscle loss from fasting than from eating at a caloric deficit in a non-keto/low carb diet because of your insulin production.
I lost 20 pounds in my first 7 day fast, but I was also close to twice your weight, and 5-6 pounds returned quickly from re-feeding and rehydrating. If you want to estimate your fat loss specifically, it’s just a math problem. Look up your TDEE, multiply by 7, estimate 3500 for each pound of fat loss, and round down for the lower energy expenditure while fasting. My guess, you could reasonably lose 5 or 6 pounds of straight fat during your fast, which is excellent.
I didn’t take many supplements, but it’s highly recommended to get some sodium and some potassium. I don’t think I’m a good source for anything beyond that, though
for my 7 day fast i used 800 mg citrate and sodium when needed
1- Mg citrate 800ml (its a high dose but thats what i take when fasting) and salt i take when i feel a headache and tired (you do not need a lot of salt just a pinch)
2- yes salt is good like i said a pinch you can add it in some sparkling water it taste decent
3-drink how much you need usully when fasting you dont need to worry since you will be drinking lots of liquid (tea, coffe, watter, sparking water and even diet soda)
4- dont think about food
and its simple dont eat, fasting isint hard you need to be patient
5- fat loose will be around 4-5 pounds it will depend and weight loss will be a lot since you will loose a lot of water, glucose and glycogen
6- my results were decrease in abdominal fat (visceral fat) and ofc a lot of weight loss from
202 lbs - 171 lbs now this is a lot of weight but i did eat a lot of food before starting
