My last fast was 3 days, which was a great experience. So thought I’d try 5 days this time. This coming week there is not too much crazy going on, which makes it a bit easier to focus on a fast. Doing it together with my husband so that makes it a bit easier. We will however do a dirty fast, so a bit coffee with cream or butter, broth and fruit tea. And lots of water.
I just finished my first 5 day fast last week. Having your husband do it with you is the best! Unfortunately sparkling water helped me with hunger and we took the Reset electrolyte fasting capsules to help with energy, headaches, dizziness and muscle cramps. Also took the sleep ones too.
