Be really gentle with your body coming off a fast that long. Mainly bone broth, small portions of chicken, nuts, etc as you feel comfortable. Absolutely no beef, eggs or spicy food for at least the first day after your fast unless you want to upset your stomach.
During the fast, sip your drinks, don’t chug them. If you drink too fast, especially deep into your fast, you can make yourself sick and that’s no fun. Other than that, you’ve got this. Sounds like you’re focused and ready to see this through and that’s what matters.
