If anyone wants to join me, I’d appreciate the support. My last long fast was in January for 5 days. It felt so great I want to see about getting to 7. Doing it to combat insulin resistance and also try to reduce my chronic hives.
On day 3 now. Started getting that weird white film on the tongue. Not feeling hungry though.
Day 4. Sooo cold today!
Finished day 4 and started day 5 but alas, had to break. Good run anyway. Will be carefully refeeding into a keto diet.
