Can anybody share how IF has helped lower their blood pressure? I’m have to get it down before I can exercise properly. I’m on 2 meds, but still get dizzy under exertion.

But it any rate, as you lose weight, you should see your blood pressure improve. If you want to see better results more quickly, follow a low-carb diet and track your calories.
Also, I hear you about the blood pressure, but I’m wondering – can you go walking? If so, I would do that for now.
