Starting back on the snake diet (3 Month Challenge)

Was on the snake diet at the start of 2020 for 3 months or something and lost 75lbs (From 300lbs to 225lbs)

Held off the weight for 1 year but put on 50lbs slowly these last 10 months due to just stopping in general and being lazy and in a bad environment

SW/CW: 275 lbs

GW: 199 lbs

Will roll a 72 hour fast from now and see how I feel, will give some updates if anyone is interested in results

To not gain it back.Occasional every other week 48s or once a month 72s.

Or do weekly meal prep. Because when 15000 calories is your 7 day calorie goal you can pretty much cook absolutely anything in any quantity and just divvy everything you cook up into 7 days.

Then you really can eat anything you want. Them little mini chocolate donuts? Accounted for. Jumbo box of hamburger helper? Got it. 5 steak and egg meals? No prob.

The longest part is putting it all on paper first. Second longest part is weighing a few things out, but you get to weight everything in bulk. So you weight ALL the steaks or chickens at once.

Cooking is actually the easy part. 3 or 4 hours an you have 7 days worth of food.

Personally I freeze them. Leave two days in the fridge cause it takes about two days for a meal to thaw in fridge. Boom.

Personally I’m a sucker for peanut butter sandwiches.

An see? This is where if you get nifty you have even more snacks. Pbfit powder peanut butter sandwiches are damn good. an with keto bread? Boom double my peanut butter sandwiches. Chocolate donuts, no way around those unless I make them myself. But! My craving for them has diminished. Lol.

So weekly meal prep or occasional fasting. A 72 a month could be all you need to sustain. Or maybe that with a half hour walk a day. :)

That’s awesome! I also did the snake diet last year and lost about 40 pounds. I gained all of it back and more 😔. But, i’m doing rolling 72s this entire month with small refeeds and exercising everyday. Good luck! Don’t forget that it won’t be easy but you gotta choose your hard 😉

I’m almost in the exact same place as you, only I’m 42. I started at 317 when I was 39, lost a lot and slowly gained it back with various methods. Just started the snake diet at about 270 goal to get under 200.
