Day 1 complete! Despite temptations, I finished day one with only a cup of unsweetened coffee and lots of water. Managed to pull through my whole gym sets and still run 3km on the treadmill. Throughout my entire adult life, running was a no go thanks to low leg muscle resistance and too overweight to run safely and painlessly. Today was a first ever!
Sorry, guys, I faulted =/ I had a strong case of lightheadness today at day 3 with my father at the market and ended up eating a chicken phil filled croissant. Around 400-500 calories. Will try to continue from this till friday, but then again, not really a 5day fast.
