I am so proud of you for taking the step to restart your IF program! I know it can be challenging to get back into the routine after taking a break, especially if the reason was due to something as tough as depression. But you are strong, and you have what it takes to succeed.
Remember why you started this journey in the first place. IF is not just about losing weight, it’s about taking control of your health and well-being. By making this change, you are investing in yourself and your future. You will feel better, have more energy, and be on the path to a healthier, happier life.
Take it one day at a time. Start with small steps, and before you know it, you’ll be back in the groove. And if you have a tough day, don’t beat yourself up. Be kind to yourself, and know that setbacks are just part of the process.
You have a supportive community here, and we are here to cheer you on and offer encouragement. We believe in you, and we know that you can do this!
Keep us updated on your progress, and remember to celebrate your small victories along the way. You got this!
Best of luck on your IF journey!
Wishing you all the best!
You can do this! I fell off and it took me awhile to get back on the fasting bandwagon even knowing how successful I had been in the past. It feels so good to be back, seeing results and getting more comfortable in my skin. Don’t focus on the lapse; focus on returning to something that helps you feel great.
Good luck to you. You got this! Stick with a schedule, try not to deviate. Consistency makes it easier to start. Remember if you break early or just have a bad day, get back on it the next day. Slipping is going to happen, just don’t let it discourage you. If you slip, acknowledge it, and get back at it. Know you can do this.
