Good evening everyone!
I have been so inspired by all the posts on this sub. I am planning to start IF tomorrow, 18:6 to start.
The plan is to stop eating by 7 PM and eat the next day around 1 PM.
I have done IF before and it works wonders for me. In this window, I want to eat around 2000 calories.
I am currently 240 pounds. I was down to 232 prior to my vacation after which I never regained my rhythm.
I want to blog or journal everyday for accountability purposes, is that something I can do on this reddit? I was thinking to perhaps do an IG or YouTube showing my daily go at this, my workouts, what Iām eating and the progress. I really enjoy people commenting on my Facebook stories where I list how many calories I burned working out so thought doing this would take it to the next level and may even help people? In any case, would love to hear what you guys think!
