I am going to do a 1month fast (to get rid of corona weight and the getting confortable in a relationship weight). I have done one in the past to kickstart my fight against obesity. I am agraid atm that i am back on the way there. So I want to take this as a renewed start and a reminder. It helped me before. I hope I can do it again.
