I’m currently starting my fast and reading up as much as I can. I was curious on the best ways to get my sodium and potassium. Currently in my house. I already have no salt which is the potassium salt brand and iodized table salt. Are these proficient? How much of each should I be taking? I guess it probably depends a lot on my body weight and height and all that. But then with magnesium I’ve heard a lot of good things and a lot of bad things. What kind of magnesium should I be taking? I have a lot of questions and I guess the answers are probably spread out, but I was wondering if anyone knew the answer to all of them and have been in the same place I am.
