Starting my first extended fast

Could use all the encouragement and tips! This sub has allowed me to do up to a 36 hr fast but now I’m seeing how long I can do it this time! Hoping to make it to hour 37!

Edit: made it 45 hrs! Seeing how far I can go!

Remember, if you can make it till the evening on the 2nd day don’t eat but instead “just go to bed” and gain another 8 hours easily by sleeping. In the morning drink your water with electrolytes and either keep busy or go somewhere isolated with NO food around, return late in the evening and apply the same “just go to bed…” strategy again.

Last time, I had initially planned for only 36hrs but managed to stretch this with constant tricking my mind to a total of 165hours (7 days)
