Starting Rolling 24s (Any tips?)

Hi, I’m fasting for weight loss. I’m going to be doing rolling 24s so 24 hours without fasting and 24 hours with fasting for two weeks. To people who have done fasts could you give me some tips. I can’t do anything past 24 hours because I don’t have the proper electrolytes. I also wanted to walk for at most an hour as excersise because again I don’t want to mess up any balance or lose too many electrolytes.

At 24 hours walking an hour is completely fine, I do 3 day fasts and sometimes 5 and don’t have electrolyte problems until day 3. Just drink a good amount of water, find something to distract yourself w and enjoy the benefits.
