This is as an accountability post.
I will update after every 66 hour fast and hopefully my scale arrives soon so I can track weightloss per fast too. Lets see if I can lose 40-50lb by the new year.
Keep us updated. I’m currently working on rolling 42:6, with an occasional 60. As an over-50, insulin resistant, hypothyroid woman with a 25-year history of yo-yo dieting, 18:6 just wasn’t enough to move the needle for me. Good luck!
