Starting rolling 72 hr fasts tomorrow!

Hey guys,

I have lost a lot of weight over prolonged (7 day water fast) + rolling 72s. But doe to some reason or the other. I fell off my regime, and now I feel bloated, and have gained all the weight back. I didn’t eat keto for my reseed, and don’t plan to. Also I am a vegetarian.

I want to diligently start my rolling 72 hr fasts again, and am looking for an accountability partner!

I am F - just turned 36, 5’8”, 195 lbs. I am looking to lose 35 lbs. (I have gained about 20 - 25 lbs in the last 5 months post my brother’s wedding).

Also any help/ advice/ tips are welcome! Wish me luck! <3

While it’s admittedly a little harder without meat, eating low carb as a vegetarian is still possible if you focus on fat sources such as nuts, flax, hemp seeds, eggs, cheese etc. Tofu and back soy beans are good low carb sources of protein. It might be worth trying out in between your fasting periods to see if you get more sustained results. You don’t have to do keto, eating less than 100g carb/day is generally considered “low carb”.

hey! i’ll be doing rolling 72’s until about the tuesday before thanksgiving! one tip i have is to start taking some elctrolytes on the 2nd day, because I usually do rolling 72’s without any, but by the end I feel so weak. good luck! 🤩🤩
