How do you guys stop your stomach from making noise? I want to fast more during the week, but its impossible because of how embarrassingly loud my stomach is.

Hey, are you sure you don’t have a number of unknown food intolerances?
Cutting out milk, wheats and meat made a huge difference for me on this front.
I think this is the real cause of your issue, the noise is gas moving around.
