I may have to break my fast because I feel terrible. I thought I was just dehydrated since I forgot to drink water but everytime I drink and I piss it back out or nearly shit myself. I don’t know what’s going on but I feel really bad.
Well you have nothing to soak the water up with so it comes right out, and you’re probably drinking way more trying to feel full when you haven’t eaten. Also it sounds like your gut is detoxing, when you lose weight the toxins stored in your fat will get released in your body and make you feel bad, just keep practicing
same here, just experienced the issue. My stomach normally functions pretty well but really started aching from the 60th hour of my fasting. I intended to do a 4-day fasting this time but felt bad, so I paused there. I had lots of water, also a little water with salt as well as some plain lemon water. I guess it’s due to the lemon water. It’s weird…for my next attempt, I’m gonna stay away from lemon water for sure and follow the instructions on electrolytes.
