Stomach Pain

I’ve been doing 16-8 It for three days now and I’ve been experiencing burning sensation and pain in my stomach. Even after I eat. Is this temporary or am I doing something wrong?

Answer

16 hours without food really isn’t that long. It’s basically skipping breakfast. It’s impossible to say what you are doing as you give no information. When we make changes to our diet it can take our body a while to adapt but you should see your doctor to be on the safe side.

Answer

Acid reflux is a normal side effect of fasting but depending on severity or if it limits you, talk to a doctor just to be on the safe side. For me it isn’t severe, just annoying and it goes once I’ve eaten so it’s a side effect I’m willing to ignore.

But just to emphasise again, if it’s severe and limiting pain, talk to your doctor. :)
