Yeah my new normal is a snack a meal another snack for OMAD.
4hr window to allow some digestion to occur, I eat 2 meals spaced out
16:8 is is 2meals and 2 snacks and I usually exercise on these days… If I have a smaller window I allow myself to rest
It’s so weird to think that I could eat so much before IF…
Before IF food occupied my mind for the wrong reasons, now it’s for the right reasons. I’m hoping to stick to it until 2023. See the difference one year makes and how it’s changed my relationship with food
In my experience, yes there’s a bit of stomach shrink BUT the biggest thing is that you’ve trained your brain now on what you need to sustain yourself. The biggest thing IF has done for me, besides weight loss, is avoiding serious weight gain and I believe it’s because we now have a better gauge on what we need food-wise.
