Stopped losing weight on a prolonged water fast

So I fasted for 15 days and it was great till day 10. At day 10 my weight plateaued and for the next 5 days it stayed the same.

Ik fasting isn’t just for weight loss but I’m confused af. Where does the body get the energy from??? For 5 days. Even if it’s water weight (I drank a lot of water) it wouldn’t accont for 5 days.

So what do you think is going on?

Break the fast… Start refeeding carefully, and then, a bigger meal. Whoos effect will come tomorrow, but the fat is already burned. Your body is clinging to water as hard as it can but as you taking back the nutrients, it will release everything. Goin to be fun standing on the scale. Also, read books and quit that cancer facebook group. Like really.

I don’t want to agree with the aggressive person but it’s mathematics.

Use bodyfat measurement calculator with a soft tape measure like tailors use

Find and try a few TDEE calculators and estimate your calorie burn to maintain that weight.

Using your maintainence TDEE, you know how many calories minimum you burn on a water fast.

Or

After 11 days fasting I lost 10.8 lbs. I gained 2.5 lbs back of water weight. Resulting math was 2500 a day calories burned, roughly.

So, now I know every 24 hours fasting I lose .7 lbs regardless of the scale.
