There’s no way to answer that without knowing how much weight you plan to lose, how long it takes, what your diet is like, etc. If you go back to eating ‘regularly,’ you’ll likely put the weight back on, though it’s anyone’s guess how long that’ll take, and it’s largely dependent on nutrition and lifestyle as a whole. Fasting isn’t a fix-it.

Answer

Fasting is a lifestyle. It’ll help you lose weight for sure. If I was you I would focus on lifestyle changes such as starting fasting out very slowly and work your way up. The same with some exercise. If you can stick with it for a few weeks, it’ll start to become something you love and a new way of life.

Answer

Fasting is just a tool. You need to learn how to improve your diet. If you don’t, then you’ll most likely gain the weight back. This is why I advise not doing fasting alone, as if you don’t want to fast for life, then you’ll need to improve your diet. You don’t want to become a yo yo dieter.

Answer

Well you gotta realize, once you’re at the weight you are happy with, you don’t have to fast anymore. Fasting is like.. draining the tank of unnecessary fuel. Once you’re skinny enough, you can eat everyday BUT you have to count the calories and if you notice you’re gaining weight then reduce the calories until you are staying stable around the same weight. You have to weigh yourself everyday to know what’s happening to your body and just Google the calories in everything your eating for a rough estimate. Good luck.
