to make a long story short, I’m a full time college student with considerably small lectures (30 ppl max per lecture) and would like to continue fasting while I’m at college. Only issue is that my stomach is a loud uncontrollable demon child I can’t silence. Since the classrooms are pretty small and everyones usually quiet, the rumbles are 10x more noticeable and embarrassing. Any tips?
I also have stomach rumbles aand they are noticeable if someone is near me and drinking diet soda usually helps a lot, but you have to try it yourself. You can also try black coffee, tea or sparkling water.
